Notable achievements include managing 14 helicopters during the Mozambique Floods and leading relief efforts during the Pakistan Earthquake. Specializes in air operations in hostile environments and brings vast experience from aviation endeavors in Afghanistan and Operation Eagle's Summit.

Godfrey Kitagenda

Godfrey Kitagenda joined Air Serv in 2005 as Operations Manager, during which time he was responsible for establishing flights into new areas of operation. Throughout his career with Air Serv, he has served as Facilities Manager and Director of Facilities respectively, before being named Accountable Manager in 2016.

Joining us in 2011 as an accounts clerk, Albert showcased dedication and expertise that saw him rise through the ranks to become Finance Manager before assuming his current role as the Director of Finance. He holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Uganda Management Institute.

Having joined Air Serv in 1999, she spent four years as Office Manager of the Entebbe office before deploying on her first field assignment to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) as Base Manager. In 2009, Robina took a year off, returning to DRC as Base Manager in Kinshasa for King Air Services. Upon her return to Air Serv in 2010, she was named Director of Sales and Client Care.

James Lwanga

Since beginning as a Flying Instructor at the East African Civil Aviation Academy in 2008, he's showcased unmatched skills in flight safety, training, and planning. Holding a twin-engine IR and a C208b rating, James transitioned to an Instructor/Check Pilot role in 2014. Today, as our Head of Flight Operations, he ensures every flight meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Paul Muketo

Head of Maintenance

Paul Muketo joined Air Serv in 2011 as aircraft maintenance Engineer, after having served at Turbo Prop Service Center as a certifying inspector. With a diverse background in fixed wing turboprop maintenance spanning sixteen years, Paul has diligently served as Line Maintenance Manager, and Director of Maintenance. He holds an FAA A&P Certification, and U CAA AMEL Certification MM2204.

Previously in the education sector for over 5 years, Louis set out to achieve his dream of becoming an aviator in 2010, eventually joining Air serv in 2013 as a dispatcher. Louis currently serves as Head of Safety. Added to this are years of experience in quality auditing and accident incident investigation.

Jennifer began her aviation career in 1998 as a reservations & sales agent with a Ugandan domestic airline. In 2004, she joined Air Serv as a Logistician at the Goma base in the DRC, coordinating flights and transportation logistics. Later, she managed the Juba base in South Sudan during an electoral sensitization process. Over the years, she has held roles as flight dispatcher, Operations Manager, and Contracts and Administration before being named Director of Human Resources in 2013.

She serves as the primary point of contact, providing essential technical and logistical support on key projects. Since joining Air Serv Limited in 2016, Michael Noah has consistently proven himself as an IT expert, streamlining our operations at Air Serv. His expertise encompasses the GCP, Networking, IT Management, cybersecurity, and network security, ensuring Air Serv remains at the forefront of technological advancement. Michael's journey began as an IT Manager, and by 2018, he expanded his role to Web Developer with Air Serv International. With each project, he reinforces our commitment to utilizing top-tier tech solutions in support of our humanitarian mission. Beyond tech, Michael is known for his musicality, love for chess, and a book-worm.

She supports the Finance Director with everyday financial tasks such as transactions, record-keeping, and budgeting. With a background in Business Administration, Economics, and Accounting Finance, Hanifa brings solid expertise to our team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and finds solace in prayer.

Godfrey Mubiru

Operations Manager

Godfrey Mubiru began his career at Air Serv in 2004 as an Operations Assistant. He quickly advanced to Project Manager at various bases, including Juba, before transitioning in 2011 to flight operations and dispatch—earning the necessary licenses over a four-year period. From 2015, Godfrey served as the Site Manager for UN contracts, and his ongoing dedication and expertise have led him to his current role as Operations Manager.
